Exclusions from Warranty Coverage

The warranty does not cover:

A: TheSoloist is both an acoustic instrument and a sculptural art object. Its structure is highly engineered, delicate, and precision-built.

The original packaging has been specifically designed and tested through multiple drop and vibration simulations to provide maximum protection during transportation. Using the original packaging significantly reduces the risk of secondary damage during return shipping.

Q: My speaker was accidentally exposed to water or suffered physical damage. Can it still be repaired?

A: Damage caused by water ingress, accidental drops, enclosure fractures, or electrical failure resulting from misuse is not covered under the complimentary warranty.

However, our service team can arrange inspection and assessment at our headquarters, after which an official repair quotation will be provided based on the extent of damage.
